Big Brother Naija Season 10 housemate, Thelma, has shared an emotional story about one of the most painful moments of her life, losing her mother on the same day she gave birth to her son.

Speaking with fellow housemate Otega on Friday afternoon, Thelma revealed that after giving birth, she had been eagerly waiting for her mother to arrive at the hospital, unaware that she had already passed away.

Despite the grief, Thelma said she remains grateful for the lessons she learned from her late mother before her death.

“On my mom’s very last birthday, she and her friends checked into a hotel with a beautiful lounge, swimming pool, and other facilities. They had a really nice time before she passed,” Thelma recounted.

When Otega asked about the biggest realisation she had from her mother’s passing, Thelma replied:

“One thing is that she really did take her time to make decisions.”

The touching revelation comes as the BBNaija Season 10 housemates continue to bond and share personal experiences while competing for the ₦150 million grand prize.
